We were delighted to recently welcome His Excellency Magzhan Ilyassov, Kazakhstan Ambassador for the United Kingdom, for a very special visit.
The Ambassador joined our founder Frank for lunch, followed by a tour of the farm and our horses. He took a keen interest in how we care for the animals and was fascinated to learn more about our approach to producing mare’s milk here in the UK.
The highlight of the afternoon was tasting the milk itself. His Excellency praised the exceptional quality and flavour, and remarked on the warmth and hospitality of the team. For us, it was a proud moment to share with him a product so deeply connected to Kazakh heritage and tradition.
In a generous gesture, the Ambassador extended two invitations to Frank: the first to visit Kazakhstan and see horse milking there firsthand, and the second to join him again at the Embassy in London. Both opportunities mark an exciting step forward in strengthening cultural and business ties between Kazakhstan and our work here in Britain.
We are honoured by this recognition and look forward to continuing our conversations about the role mare’s milk can play in connecting people across borders, while celebrating both tradition and innovation.
